1.Agreement to these Terms

We are not an insurance company, and we do not underwrite, issue, bind, or administer insurance policies. Any policy you purchase is a contract between you and the issuing insurance carrier. The terms of that policy — not anything on this website — govern your coverage.

Submitting our form is a request to be contacted. It is not an application for insurance, and it does not create coverage of any kind.

Everything on this site is general information for educational purposes. It is not insurance, legal, tax, investment, or financial advice, and it is not a recommendation that any particular product suits your situation. Decisions about coverage should be made with a licensed professional who knows the details of your circumstances.

5.No guarantee of coverage, rates, or approval

Any figures, estimates, or sample rates you see are illustrations only. Actual premiums and eligibility are determined solely by the insurance carrier through its own underwriting, based on factors including your age, health, tobacco use, occupation, and the state you live in.

We do not guarantee that you will qualify for coverage, that any particular rate will be available to you, or that a carrier will approve your application.

6.Your consent to be contacted

When you submit our form and check the consent box, you expressly consent to be contacted by MK Financial and the licensed agent assigned to your request at the phone number and email address you provided. You confirm that the phone number you provide is your own and that you are authorized to receive calls and texts at it. If your number changes, please tell us.

7.Information you give us

You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate, and complete, and that you will keep it current. Inaccurate information — particularly about your age, health, or tobacco use — will produce quotes that do not reflect what a carrier would actually offer you, and may cause an application to be declined or a policy to be rescinded.

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of any insurance, telemarketing, or advertising law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the Services, or introduce malicious code.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or submit data to the site.
• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

9.Our content

The text, graphics, layout, logos, and other material on this site are owned by MK Financial or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.

10.Third-party sites and agents

The Services may link to websites we do not control, and the licensed agents and carriers you are connected to are independent of us. We are not responsible for their content, conduct, products, privacy practices, or the terms they offer. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.
